One of our children likes to enjoy life and take his sweet time everywhere we go. Getting into a car seat can regularly turn into a 5 minute task, and getting his clothes on can seem like he’s writing a college thesis. I realize that there is a certain level of him wanting to control the situation (Mommy), combined with his genuine spunk for life.
After another long day of struggling to convince him he has to wear clothes, and too many car seat battles to count- I made a chart. This isn’t the first chart I’ve made and it probably won’t be the last, but it’s my attempt to try.
Hunter loves donuts, and he especially loves getting a donut during the awkward 30 minute gap between his brother’s school drop off and his own drop off.
Hunter now has to earn that donut. He watched me make this chart and declared, “I don’t want to have to be good, I just want a donut!” Nice try sweet one.
If you are also a parent in need of a donut reward chart, or have a child who would love a coloring sheet of donuts, here you go. Enjoy the fruits of a frustrated graphic designer Mom and click on the download link below:Donut Reward Printable
